Woodlands Roofing Pros introduces property owners in and around The Woodlands to independent roofing and siding contractors. It performs no roofing or siding work, employs no installers, and is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
Each contractor is a separate business that sets its own prices, carries its own insurance and writes its own contracts and warranties. Quotes, schedules, workmanship and any Township application are matters between you and that contractor. This site guarantees none of them.
Texas does not license roofing contractors or siding installers. This site holds no such license and does not suggest that any contractor does. Ask any contractor for proof of liability insurance and, where they have employees, workers’ compensation.
Descriptions of the Township’s standards, storm records and village histories come from the sources named on each page and are general information, not legal, engineering or insurance advice. The Township’s Covenant Administration staff are the authority on any application, and rules can change after a page is written.
Sending a request or calling means you accept contact by phone, text or email from this site and the contractor it connects you with. Submit requests only for property you are entitled to arrange work on. Automated or abusive submissions are refused.
To the extent Texas law allows, this site is not liable for loss arising from its use, from an introduction it makes, or from anything a contractor does or fails to do.
